Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic Shipping

In order to maintain the best prices for our customers, domestic orders 4 lbs and over will be shipped UPS when possible. Orders under 4 lbs will typically be shipped USPS. Order over 4 pounds require a physical address (no PO Boxes). Alternate shipping methods are available at customer expense. Expedited shipping, including Next-Day Air, is available if received by 12:00pm (Noon) U.S. Mountain Time. Expedited orders MUST be confirmed via phone. Expedited shipping is subject to a $6.00 surcharge in addition to the actual shipping cost.

We try very hard to keep an excellent stock on hand. If you order product that is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know when we will be receiving it. If you have a question regarding the expected restock date or are in need of a higher quantity than we have available of a particular product please feel free to contact us. We are happy to accommodate your needs. The cost of shipping is based on your order and will vary based on the products that you buy. You will be shown the cost of shipping before you are required to enter any payment information. Orders are shipped 5 days a week.

Whenever possible, we add Delivery Confirmation on each order. This is offered at no additional cost. Croppin Paradise cannot be held responsible for any lost orders once they have left our shipping department. If you are concerned about possible loss of your package, insurance is highly recommended. Please note that you would like to add shipping insurance onto your package and we will update you with the additional cost.

International Shipping

For international shipping, $10 will be the preliminary amount charged, you will be sent airmail and surface shipping quotes once your package has been packed and weighed by the shipping department. We will then adjust the shipping charges to the actual shipping cost. We strive to keep the shipping costs down, so we do not charge any handling fees, you will only pay the actual amount for shipping.

NOTE1: International orders may take a bit longer to ship.
NOTE2: Due to International Customs laws, APO and FPO orders are considered international.

Returns

Returns of unopened, resalable products are accepted within 15 days with a 20% restocking fee with the exception of Books and Software, which cannot be returned. If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us so we can make sure we make it right one way or another. If you receive a defective item, please contact us before returning your item, as there may be an easier way through the manufacturer.

Common Shipping Statuses:

Received	Your order has been accepted and is ready to begin processing.
In Process	The items in your order are being pulled from the shelves. Your order will shortly be assembled and ready to pack.
Packed	Your order has been packed and payment has been finalized. Your order is now assembled, boxed, and has arrived in our shipping department. Cancellation of a packed order is considered a returned order, subject to restocking fees.
Shipped	Your order has been shipped. If you have provided an email address, you should also receive shipping notification from the shipping company (USPS or UPS).
Awaiting Customer Response	We need some clarification about your order, and have either sent you an email or left you a voice message requesting instructions.
Customer Update	You have updated your order, typically while viewing your orders in your account.
